Oracle Functional Resources
	Good Knowledge of Oracle Modules ( Fin / Distribution / Manufacturing / HR )
	Have implemented the above in a consulting or and End User environment
	At least 3 years experience in implementing / trouble shooting

Oracle Applications DBA
	Experience in Managing Oracle Applications Detabase
	Taking backups / applying patches
	Tuning / day to day DBA activities
	Having worked in a consulting or and End User environment
	At least 2-3 years experience in the above

Oracle Applications Technical
	Experience in Developing custom forms / reports in an Oracle Applications environment
	Good knowledge of Oracle forms and reports tool
	At least 3 years experience in the above
